About the Drunk Soybean

I’m a plant-based enthusiast who realized a while ago that there are kinder (and honestly, way more creative) ways to get full without the drama. I’m just here trying to look at the world with “kinder eyes” – even if those eyes are occasionally a little glazed over from a really good cocktail.

What do I do for fun? Some people enjoy trekking, “finding themselves” in the mountains, or waking up at 5 AM to meditate. I am not those people. I mostly enjoy getting gobsmacked by a well-made drink and reaching that magical state where I suddenly have a PhD in everything.

What to expect here: I’m a student of life when I’m sober, but a world-class preacher when I’ve had a glass (or two). This blog is a chaotic mix of my “food adventures” (mostly involving tofu and plants), life lessons I learned the hard way, and the general “drunken” side of existing in this ridiculous world.

I’m passionate about being kind, staying curious, and never taking myself – or my dinner – too seriously.
